This premium 80% lower fire/safe marked – billet is not a forged part; it is machined from a continuous billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, which eliminates the potential for internal voids or inclusions common in forged blanks. The material starts as a solid block and is precision milled to full dimension, resulting in a receiver that is dimensionally stable and consistent from pocket to pocket. The fire/safe markings are laser-etched into the aluminum at a depth of 0.003 to 0.005 inches, providing clear visual indication without raising the surface profile. Each blank is deburred, washed, and inspected for thread conformity in the buffer tube threads and trigger pin holes before packaging.

• Marking: Laser engraved “FIRE” and “SAFE” indicators on the selector side. Markings are filled with a high-contrast black enamel for visibility. No manufacturer rollmarks or logos are present on the exterior.
• Machining: Fully CNC machined from a single billet. Includes pre-cut trigger slot, hammer pin holes, and safety selector detent channel. The pocket is 95% complete; final material removal is required in the trigger pocket, safety selector pocket, and hammer pin holes.
